Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email when your order has shipped.


Shipping Times & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once the package has been accepted by the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.

  • If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@dendasstore.com.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Dendas Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
However, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with USPS, UPS, or the corresponding carrier.

If tracking shows "delivered" but the package is not found, please check:

  • Your mailbox or porch

  • With neighbors or building management

  • Your local post office

If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the case and provide a replacement when applicable.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally, but all international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your local regulations before placing an order, as Dendas Store is not responsible for delays or fees incurred during international transit.
