Due to the intimate nature of our products, including shapewear and other personal items, we uphold a strict "All Sales Are Final" policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of our customers. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@dendasstore.com or by phone at +1 346-210-8992. You must return the product in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales made on DendasStore.com are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened dietary supplements or consumable products for hygiene reasons, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e).

Exceptions

While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • K-Drops, Karseell, and ByPass Products
  • Any other items that come in direct contact with the body
